Day One. Great company. Fine food. Good times. OK. Iʻm beginning to sound like a beer commercial. Letʻs get to the assignment.
Post a reflection on any and/or all of the dayʻs events. Here are a few questions to get the reflection juices flowing. Keep in mind the questions are just prompts to work from. Feel free to write a reflection formed from your own ideas.
Kumu Kāwikaʻs opening activity was such a powerful prompt for self-reflection. Now that youʻve made it past Day One, think back to what you saw in the mirror. Now ask yourself what kind of teacher did you see looking back at you?
Think back to the workshops. Were there any results that surprised you?
Did any new strategies come to mind that might help your students meet ENG 100 SLOs? Name specific things you learned or were reminded of about your own teaching/learning.
Happy Reflecting.
A hui hou!
